Does every feature come on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes the full editor, AI writing, lists and segments, landing pages, sign-up forms, address verification and reporting. The only thing that changes between plans is how many credits you get each month.

What's a credit?

One credit sends one email. Address checks and AI writing draw from the same pool, so there's only one number to watch.

Do I need to touch DNS to set up my sending domain?

No. We register your sending domain, set up its authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and host it for you. Your From address, links and landing page all match.

Will my emails actually land in the inbox?

Every address on your list is checked with its mail server before you send, and every new domain builds its sending pace gradually with each inbox provider. We can't promise where any single email lands, but this is how we stack the odds in your favour.

Can the AI really write in my voice?

Yes. Your brand settings hold your logo, colours and how you write, and your campaign brief holds the offer and audience. From that, it designs a complete email: hero, sections, offer band, proof and footer.

What happens to my existing list when I import it?

The importer maps your spreadsheet columns to fields automatically, so nothing gets duplicated. If an upload is interrupted, it resumes right where it left off.

Am I locked into a contract?
