FOR TOURISM AND LODGES

Keep your lodge booked, season after season.

Your guests already love the lake, the trail and the deck with the view. Email reminds them to come back before they book somewhere else. Send booking windows, shoulder-season offers and welcome-back notes from your own domain, built in minutes, priced for a business that goes quiet every November.

  • Priced in Canadian dollars, month to month

  • Every address checked before you send

  • Your own sending domain, set up for you

Welcome aboard, let's fill your cabins this season.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Marketing that fits between check-ins.

Running a lodge means juggling bookings, breakfasts and broken docks all at once. Email marketing usually loses out, and your list just sits there instead of filling rooms.

Another empty weekend in May?
Murray scratching their head

Long weekends come and go fast

Victoria Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving. By the time you think to send something, the weekend is booked out or already gone quiet.

One-and-done guests

They stay once, love it, and you never hear from them again because nobody asked them to come back next season.

A list that just sits there

Names collected at check-in for years, sitting in a spreadsheet nobody has emailed, let alone cleaned up.

Shoulder season goes quiet

May and September have rooms to fill and nobody telling paddlers and hikers the trails are open and the rate is down.

No sense of what actually worked

You ran a Thanksgiving promo last year. Did anyone open it? Nobody can say, so this year you guess again.

CAMPAIGNS THAT WORK FOR YOU

Send the right message, right on season.

Every idea below is built for how a lodge actually runs: short seasons, long memories, and guests who book again if you just ask at the right moment.

The "book your summer" email

Send it in March, while there's still snow on the ground and nobody's thinking about the lake yet.

Aim it at last year's guests first. A photo of the dock, the dates opening up, and a nudge that the good weeks go first.

Murray calling out through a megaphone
Tell them before the snow melts.

The long weekend countdown

Tuesday before a long weekend, send what's still open. Campers want options, not surprises, and a short list of open cabins sells itself.

The shoulder season nudge

May and September, email past guests a quieter-trail rate before they book a motel in town instead.

The welcome-back note

Three days after checkout, thank them for the stay and open next season's calendar before the memory fades.

The fall colour alert

Peak colour lasts about ten days. Send the alert the moment the ridge turns, not the week after.

The gift certificate push

December, when the snow's not here yet but the holidays are. Sell a stay somebody else gets to look forward to.

HOW IT CAME TOGETHER

From a one-line brief to a finished email in minutes.

We told the editor the offer: open cabins the week before Thanksgiving, a list of guests who stayed in the last two seasons, and a line about the smell of wood smoke in fall.

It came back as a complete email: a hero photo spot, a short offer band, a line of proof about the trail being freshly groomed, and a footer with your logo and your own contact details. Three subject lines went out side by side, from your own domain, every address checked first.

BUILT FOR YOUR SEASON

The features you'll use most.

Everything here is on every plan. Four tools do most of the work between your busy weekends.

AI EMAIL DESIGN

One line becomes a finished email.

Your brand settings hold your logo, your colours and the way you write. Your brief holds the offer: a cabin opening up, a last-minute cancellation, a fall package.

From that, the editor designs a complete email: hero, offer band, proof and footer, ready to send without starting from a blank page.

  • Drag-and-drop editor if you'd rather build it yourself

  • Writes in your voice, not a generic one

  • Every feature on every plan

SENDING DOMAINS, HANDLED

Your own domain, nobody touches DNS.

We register a sending domain to match your lodge, set up its authentication and host it. Your From address, your tracking links and your booking page all share that same domain.

A new domain builds its reputation gradually, earning more volume as inbox providers accept its mail, so a big pre-weekend send doesn't trip any alarms.

  • Zero DNS records for you to set up

  • Email, links and booking page all on one domain

  • Sending pace matched to what each provider accepts

SEGMENTS AND FOLLOW-UPS

Ask again, just the right people.

From any campaign you've sent, save the guests who clicked, the ones who opened but didn't, and the ones who never opened it at all.

Resend to the group who missed it with a new subject line, so your fall colour alert reaches someone twice instead of once and gone.

  • Save anyone who clicked, opened, or neither

  • Resend to non-openers with a fresh subject line

  • No second list to manage

LANDING PAGES ON YOUR DOMAIN

A booking page that matches the email.

The same brief that built your email builds a landing page: headline, photo, proof and a form, in your brand, on the domain that sent the email.

No link sending guests off to someone else's booking widget. Tell it what to change and it redraws the page, or edit it directly yourself.

  • Built from the same brief as the email

  • Lives on your own domain

  • Edit it directly or just tell it what to change

QUESTIONS

Answers before you ask.

We close for months at a time. Does this still make sense?

Yes. Plans are month to month, so you pay while you're sending and nothing in the off season. Plenty of lodges only run big campaigns twice a year, before opening and before the busiest weekend.

We only have names from paper check-in cards. Can we use that list?

Import the spreadsheet and every address is checked with its mail server before it ever reaches a campaign, so dead addresses get caught first. Just make sure those guests agreed to hear from you, as Canada's anti-spam law requires.

What does CASL actually require from us?

You need consent to email someone, clear sender identification, and an unsubscribe honoured within 10 business days. A guest who booked with you and gave their email has implied consent for a reasonable period, but a working unsubscribe link is non-negotiable.

Will a big pre-long-weekend send land in spam?

Your sending domain is registered and authenticated for you, and it earns sending volume gradually as inbox providers accept its mail. Every address on your list is verified before you send, which is the biggest single factor in staying out of spam.

We don't really have a website. Can we still collect sign-ups?

Yes. Put a sign-up form on a landing page we build for you, no website required, or embed it on your existing site with one line of code. Either way it's protected against automated sign-ups.

Can we tell who's actually interested in next season?

Save anyone who clicked, anyone who opened without clicking, and anyone who didn't open at all, straight from the campaign you sent. Resend to the group who missed it with a new subject line instead of guessing.

Are we locked into a contract over winter?

No. Every plan is month to month, priced in Canadian dollars. Scale up before a busy season and scale back down after it.

Our photos are our best asset. Will emails do them justice?

The editor builds around your brand colours and logo, with a drag-and-drop layout made for a hero photo, so the dock, the trail or the view leads the email, not a wall of text.

Let's fill that calendar.
