The questions we hear most about the managed service.
Do I need a list already, or can you help me build one?
Bring whatever you've got: a spreadsheet, a sign-up sheet, an export from your till. We import and clean it before your first send. Starting from scratch is fine too; we can set up sign-up forms to grow your list alongside your campaigns.
What if I don't have a sending domain yet?
You don't need one before you start. We register a sending domain that matches your business, set up its authentication and host it, so your emails come from you, not a shared address.
Will I see a campaign before it goes out?
Every campaign comes to you for a look before it sends. Approve it as is, ask for a tweak, or send back notes. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Managed plans run month to month, the same as every Mailer Moose plan. Keep it going as long as it's useful, pause it the month it isn't.
What happens to my existing list when I switch to managed?
It comes with you. We import your contacts, check every address with its mail server, and fold them into your calendar from the first campaign.
Does this follow Canadian email rules?
Managed campaigns are built around consent, clear sender identification and an unsubscribe honoured quickly. You stay in control of who's on your list and why.
